It really does start from within and knowing whom you really are. Self is the most important person. My experiences in life has helped me to become a stronger person, not knowing until later on that Spirit was always with my family and me.
My pathway of life has led me in many directions, leading me in the same direction all the time. Helping every day people to become less stressed, calm and at peace with themselves and to find their own potential.
